Our Team
Elena is a Managing Partner & Co-founder of Reconnect Bulgaria. She started her professional career in the executive search industry more than 10 years ago. During the years she gained solid experience in client and candidate management, talent acquisition, strategic HR, etc.
Elena degrees in Economic Psychology and in Human Resource Management. In 2018 she finished her four-year specialization in Psychotherapy from the Bulgarian Institute of Neo Reichian Analytical Psychotherapy.
Elena considers herself an assertive and persistent professional with strong communication skills, self-motivation, and high energy, being committed to achieving her goals. Elena is open and friendly, remaining at the same time direct and concise. She likes to enable a deep human to human connection, allowing her to create strong relationships, built on truth and trust.
Her strength is to exist comfortably within the silence..
Darina has more than 20 years of professional experience in executive search and management consulting. In the beginning of 2006 she took the challenge to start up the business of Stanton Chase in Bulgaria and during the years she has been actively involved in the expansion of the business, in building up and developing the local team as well as in helping companies to identify right leaders for their organizations. In her early career Darina has worked for respected consulting companies as HILL International and Smartree Bulgaria.
During her career Darina gained solid experience in delivery of consulting services such as leadership assessment, assessment and development centres, career counselling and advising, training and development, outplacement. She is experienced in project related with talent management, identification and development of potential and team’s development.
Darina holds an MBA degree in General Management from New Bulgarian University, Sofia and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy, Sofia. She is a certified in Hogan Assessments methodology.
